Shazia Ahmad has worked in the professional design industry for more than six years and her education and employment background make her the ideal designer for work that requires a strategically seasoned eye for solid, clean design.

Shazia is an art director who understands the importance of brand consistency across all media and ensures that her work speaks across all communication borders.

Her works ranges from the sophisticated and clean brand of Javani Med Spa to the bold and friendly character of the Council on American-Islamic Relations. She is a designer that takes the time to understand the client’s needs, existing brand identity and audience before designing a piece. Her finished pieces integrate core design principles with her characteristic stream-lined style.

Her work with Wells Lamont, one of the world’s top glove manufacturers, included everything from basic marketing collateral such as logos, stationary and brochures, to more in depth branding such as product packaging, point-of-sale displays, trade show booth displays, signage, advertising and Web site development.

At National Geographic, Shazia handled the design and production of “Adventure Magazine,” a magazine devoted to providing its readers the expert information they need before traveling.
